Purchases from our web store (https://tecartabible.com/store) are simply added to your Tecarta Bible account. In other words, to see your purchases in the app, all you need to do is perform a sync. Here’s how:
- On your mobile device, open your Tecarta Bible app
- Tap the gear icon/tab to view the library
- In the top toolbar tap the icon with 3 dots to view settings
- Make sure that you are signed into your TecartaBible account
- Once signed in, tap Synchronize Now
- Exit settings by tapping the Library back arrow
- You will see categories (Recently Used, My Content, Bibles, etc...). Tap on the My Content category to expand it and then locate your purchase
- You will notice that the icon on the right will look like a downward arrow. Tap this downward arrow to download your Bible
- When the download is finished, you will see that your Bible still appears in the My Content category but it now has a checkmark next to it. This checkmark indicates that your translation is now ready for offline use. :)
