I don't see any carrots or carets…. or anything to the left. The drop down menu says xhighlightsx on my new iPad using IOS8.3 I'm hoping this is fixed soon. I use my Tecarta Bible for study and highlight frequently in different colors for different purposes. I will have to use my old iPad until this is fixed and I have promised it to someone else as a gift.
Hi Carol,
I have attached two screenshots for you. One is how to create a highlight using the + action carrot in the left margin. The other is of the highlight folder. :)
There is nothing in the margin on my Tecarta on my iPad Air with IOS 8.3 (12F69)
There is an x before and after the word Highlights (xHighlightsx) on the drop down menu when I click the + button at the top of the page. All the other options seem to work, though I didn't try them all. I am assuming the x means it's not working. Why?
I meant to add that when I select xhighlightsx nothing happens. I am left to believe there is something wrong and that Tecarta is working to fix this bug. I hope.
Sorry you're still experiencing problems :(
It seems that you are using an older version of the Tecarta Bible. Please contact our Support team at biblesupport@tecarta.com and we will be happy to help you get your Tecarta Bible working again. :)
