You can actually update the email associated with your TecartaBible account from our website. :) Here's how:
- On your laptop or desktop computer, open a web browser (preferably Google Chrome)
- Navigate to https://tecartabible.com/
- Sign into your TecartaBible account (using your existing/old email) in the top right
- Once signed in, click on the account icon in the top right
- Select "Update account"
- Select "Update email address"
- A link will then be sent your existing/old email's inbox
- Click on the link to update your email address
Once your account's email has been changed, please perform the following steps on all devices that you were signed in with:
- Start the Tecarta Bible app
- Tap the My Settings drawer (looks like a gear)
- In the top toolbar tap the More button (looks like 3 circles)
- Sign out of your OLD TecartaBible account (using your existing/old email)
- Then Sign In to your NEW TecartaBible account (using your new email)
- Tap Sync Now to start syncing with the cloud. :)
** Note ** - Please make sure you are downloading using a wireless Internet connection (WiFi) and not a 3G/4G connection.

Hello. My name Song Kil Chang I love NIVStudy Bible.in my Samsung Note III. I have been using it every morning. Unfortunately I lost my phone 2 with it 2 weeks ago. Yes I purchased it a long time ago form you. I try to find out my account. I cannot find it now. Two questions I have. If I lost the Niv StudY Bible with my phone, Do I have to buy it again? if not, how can I download again it?
