Purchases from our web store are simply sent to your Tecarta Bible app on your mobile Android or iOS device. In other words, your purchased license has been added to your TecartaBible account. Please perform a sync on your mobile device to download your purchase:
- Please start your Tecarta Bible app on your mobile Android device, iPhone or iPad (if you do not yet have our app, you can download our free Tecarta Bible from the App/Play Store)
- Tap the My Settings drawer (looks like a gear)
- In the top toolbar tap the More button (looks like 3 circles)
- Make sure that you are signed into your TecartaBible account
- Exit settings by tapping the Library back arrow and you will be brought back to the My Settings drawer
- You will see categories (Recently Used, My Content, Bibles, etc...). Tap on the My Content category to expand it and then locate your purchase
- You will notice that the icon on the right will look like a downward arrow. Tap this downward arrow to download your Bible
- When the download is finished, you will see that your Bible still appears in the My Content category but it now has a checkmark next to it. This checkmark indicates that your translation is now ready for offline use. :)

I purchased the Couples Devotional Bible and i cannot figure out how to access any of the "extras" that come with the Bible. I am able to access the books of the Bible but nothing else. My husband is going to purchase this same bible and we want to be able to formulate a study plan based on some questions we have that the promotional info covered. Can you tell me what i need to do to have access to the entire Devotional Bible?
