Purchases from our web store (https://tecartabible.com/#Store) are simply sent to your Tecarta Bible app. In other words, your purchased licenses have been added to your TecartaBible account. Please perform a sync on your device to download your Bible:
- Please start your Tecarta Bible app (please make sure you are using the most up-to-date version) on your device
- Tap the My Settings drawer (looks like a gear)
- In the top toolbar tap the More button (looks like 3 circles)
- Make sure that you are signed into your TecartaBible account
- Once signed in, tap Synchronize Now
- Exit settings by tapping the Library back arrow and you will be brought back to the My Settings drawer
- You will see categories (Recently Used, My Content, Bibles, etc...). Tap on the My Content category to expand it and then locate your purchase
- You will notice that the icon on the right will look like a downward arrow. Tap this downward arrow to download your Bible
- When the download is finished, you will see that your Bible still appears in the My Content category but it now has a checkmark next to it. This checkmark indicates that your translation is now ready for offline use. :)
If you did not make a purchase from https://tecartabible.com/#Store but instead made a purchase from the Google Play Store (either as a standalone app or an in-app), please email our Help Desk using the link below and we will help you recover your purchases. https://tecarta.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

In the past week, I have lost 3 of the Bibles that I purchased. My husband's device lost everything including his app. Help
