Here's how to remove or re-enable the circular square icons in the settings:

1. Open your Life Bible
2. Tap More in the bottom bar
3. Tap Settings 
4. In the Bible settings, toggle on/off 'Show Quick Flip button' (pencil icon) and 'Show Quick Access button' (bottom circular square icon)
