If you subscribed through the app (iOS or Android)
Subscriptions started in the app are managed through your device’s app store.
To find it:
- Open your Life Bible app
- Tap the top right menu
- Tap on your Premium subscription renewal date listed in the menu
- You’ll be redirected to your App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) subscriptions list
Website Users:
If your subscription was started on our website www.lifebible.com instead of the app, navigate to our website on a desktop or laptop computer and visit www.lifebible.com/subscription to manage it.
If your subscription was started on the legacy Tecarta Bible website, it can be managed on a web browser at https://tecartabible.com/manage. Please visit the legacy site from a desktop or laptop rather than a mobile device. Sign into your Tecarta account there.
If you do not know what platform you signed up for Premium on or are unable to locate it, please email our support team the email(s) associated with your Tecarta account, your device model and operating system, and the last four digits of your card being charged. A screenshot or image of the Premium billing receipt will also help us narrow down which platform is charging you.
