Most modern Android devices have a built-in Screen Recorder found in the Quick Settings menu (swipe down from the top of your screen).
If your device does not have this feature, you can use a second phone or tablet to take a video of your Android screen while you demonstrate the issue.
Having a clear view of the steps you're taking helps our team identify exactly where the "hiccup" is happening.
